Arc Inspirations announces two new appointments
Bar operator Arc Inspirations announced it has made two key appointments as it “gears up” for the next stage of the company’s growth.
Laura Lewis was announced as the group’s head of marketing, while Tim Knockton is the new financial director.
Arc Inspirations operates a number of premium bar brands across the north of England, including Banyan Bar and Kitchen, BOX and Manahatta. The group said these appointments come during an “exciting period” of expansion for the group, with plans to expand across the north and Midlands.
Lewis previously worked at both Tesco and Morrisons, and brings “extensive” marketing knowledge to the role.
During her time at Morrisons, she focused on advertising strategies and media planning, as well as supporting new store openings and local customer acquisition and retention.
In her new role, Lewis will help to promote and “strengthen” the group’s brands and “unique customer experience”.
Knockton brings with him over 20 years of experience in the food industry and professional services. He was most recently financial director for Communisis, and prior to that was head of commercial finance at KP Snacks.
He also worked at EY for 10 years, where he specialised in transformation, change and M and A integration. He will replace Andy Whelan, who will leave the group to “pursue other opportunities”.
Arc Inspirations CEO, Martin Wolstencroft, said: “I am delighted to welcome these two new members to our expanding and passionate team at an exciting time for us.
“Their appointments will be instrumental in driving forward our business as we take the momentum from an exceptional year in 2019 and look to selectively target expansion in new locations.”
