Peach Pubs to operate The Three Horseshoes in Hertfordshire
Having reopened in Spring 2022, the business has now completed its first full trading year successfully

Peach Pubs has been announced as the new operator of The Three Horseshoes in Letchmore Heath, Hertfordshire.
The pub, which has been standing for over two Centuries, was acquired by Mark Cherry, director of Caraeno Limited, in 2020. The property underwent a substantial refurbishment programme to “meet the demands of the affluent local community”.
Having reopened in Spring 2022, the business has now completed its first full trading year successfully.
As a result, this influenced Cherry’s decision to create a new lease and secure a tenant capable of continuing the success of The Three Horseshoes.
Cherry said: “We’re very excited to see Peach Pubs take over the day-to-day operations of The Three Horseshoes. Their passion for and expertise in running a local neighbourhood pub that offers great food, drinks and a welcoming atmosphere aligns perfectly with our own ethos and what we set out to create at the pub.”
Chris Stagg, director of Peach Pubs, added: “The Three Horseshoes is an absolutely gorgeous pub that occupies a special place in the village and is enjoyed by guests from across the county, and we are thrilled to say it is now one of ours.
“Peach has the ability to take smaller pubs, sub 100 covers and still create a viable local business. Our extensive research into the local guests ensures we can match our offer and price points, giving local folk a genuine reason to visit and, as in this case, build a genuine partnership with the landlord.”
