The Three Cranes, a Grade II listed pub and restaurant in the North Bedfordshire village of Turvey, has been brought to the market through for an asking price of £895,000.

Adjacent to the village church and the Grade I listed Turvey House, the substantial, freehold property is the focal point of the village. The pub comprises three trade areas, including the bar, snug and dining room, which can seat up to 70 covers altogether, a large commercial kitchen, separate wash up area, ground floor beer cellar, as well as wet and dry storage.
