Alexis Gauthier to launch new vegan restaurant

The restaurant will be situated on the lower ground floor and outside terrace, on Brook Street and Bond Street and will be the first standalone restaurant launched by Gauthier since 2010

Alexis Gauthier has announced the launch of a vegan casual dining restaurant titled 123V at department store Fenwick which will open 12 April 2021.
The restaurant will be situated on the lower ground floor and outside terrace, on
Brook Street and Bond Street, and will be the first standalone restaurant launched by Gauthier since 2010.

The restaurant will also feature head chef Gerard Virolle who will personally oversee
every aspect of the menu and kitchen. Additionally, restaurant manager Sylvain Guiard has been brought in from Gauthier Soho to run the daily operations.

Commenting on the new restaurant, Gauthier said: “Fenwick straight away were on the same page.
