Anthony Demetre’s Wild Honey restaurant up for sale

Mayfair restaurant, Wild Honey, as been publicly listed for sale by property agents Restaurant Property who say the venue commands £103,000 annual rent.
The restaurant, owned by chef and restaurateur Anthony Demetre, is located at 12 George Street, between Hanover and Berkley Square. It is thought that the restaurant could be sold this month however Demetre’s restaurant group is yet to confirm this. Wild Honey gained significant publicity when it featured in the film The Phantom Thread.
Demetre recently opened Vermutera at Coal Drops Yard, having sold Les Deux Salons in Covent Garden to Sir Terence Conran and Peter Prescott in 2014 and Arbutus on Frith Street in Soho, which became Flavour Bastard.
