The appointments come at a time when the restaurant is set to launch a new lounge menu which offers dining and new sharing boards.

The Chaddesley holds 3 AA Rosettes and offers award-winning fine dining, sourcing local produce including from its own Kitchen Gardens to create contemporary dishes on its seasonal menus.

Led by former sous chef turned head chef Tim Jenkins, from Kidderminster, The Chaddesley offers a seasonal lunch and dinner menu and a six or nine-course tasting menu.

It also offers 21 bedrooms in the main house with views of its 70 acres of parkland and a recently-opened three-bedroom lodge.

Jack Hartshorne, general manager at Brockencote Hall Hotel, said: “It’s fantastic to welcome Maura and Luke to help drive the continued high standards of service at The Chaddesley that diners have come to enjoy.

“This time of the year is always a busy period for us as we move towards the summer months and dining on the terrace, so it’s the perfect time to introduce changes to our menus too.”
