Churches Mansion freehold brought to market for £1.85m

Churches Mansion underwent a full refurbishment in 2019 and now provides a total of 200 covers across the ground and first floor

On behalf of a private client, Savills has brought restaurant Churches Mansion’s freehold to market for a guide price of £1.85m to be sold as a going concern. 

The restaurant, which is located in Nantwich, Cheshire, is a Grade I-listed detached, two storey Tudor building dating back to 1577. 

Churches Mansion underwent a full refurbishment in 2019 and now provides a total of 200 covers across the ground and first floor, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large enclosed garden, as well as additional trading space.

In addition, the building also houses a four bedroom owner’s accommodation with kitchen, bathroom, living room and office, which offers the potential for a fifth bedroom. 

According to Savills, the property is a popular wedding venue and is fully licensed for civil ceremonies.
