Cocotte to open new site in Richmond

The new restaurant will feature a 62-seater eatery with a sun-catching terrace

Casual dining restaurant Cocotte is set to open its doors in Richmond next month.

The restaurant, which is known for its rotisserie chicken since opening in Notting Hill in 2016, has also opened multiple sites across London in Parson’s Green, Queen’s Park, Shoreditch and South Kensington.

The new restaurant will feature a 62-seater eatery with a sun-catching terrace.

The space has been designed by interior and furniture design practise, A-nrd studio who specialise in creating “effortless spaces”.

Meanwhile, the menu will feature Chicken Soup, their popular Chicken and Truffle Croquettes, traditional French Remoulade and a wide range of different salads, burgers, multiple sides and plenty of home-made sauces to choose from including their Secret Sauces Nduja or Herb.

Its “famous” rotisserie chicken, which is marinated for 24 hours in a “secret” blend of herbs and spices, will be served either as a whole, half, or quarter portion on a traditional rotisserie.

An array of sides to go with the main include Truffle Mac and Cheese, Mash and Tenderstem Broccoli.

Additionally, for the first time the new restaurant will introduce beef to its menu. The group will collaborate with local producers to offer their customers a variety of aged beef in the form of different cuts of steaks.

Romain Bourrillon, managing director and founder, said: “We are very excited to announce our sixth site with a new angle to our menu. I feel that Richmond is a great place to be and I really love the aesthetics of the new site and am really looking forward to welcoming people in.”
