Eastway Brasserie appoints new head chef

Eastway Brasserie has announced the appointment of Pedro Costa as its new head chef.

Costa brings over 20 years of culinary experience and having worked in some of the most prestigious establishments.

Some of his past experience includes working with the ETM Group and the exclusive Soho House.

Originally from Portugal, Costa has crafted his culinary skills through a diverse career that spans both small, intimate restaurants and large hospitality groups.

Costa said: “Cooking, for me, is more than a profession; it’s an art form that allows me to blend cultures, flavours, and emotions to create unforgettable experiences. I’m thrilled to join
Hyatt Hotels and bring my passion for cooking to the team. Together, let’s create extraordinary culinary experiences for our guests.”

Eastway Brasserie is located inside Andaz London in Liverpool Street which is part of Hyatt Hotels.
