Emerald Hospitality to open three London sites with Regis Group

Set to open by late 2025, the ‘ambitious’ project will turn the Daily Telegraph building on Fleet Street into ‘a vibrant destination for food enthusiasts and socialites’

Emerald Hospitality has announced a new venture in partnership with Regis Group, a luxury real estate investor, to launch three dining concepts in Central London

The partnership is part of Emerald Hospitality’s expansion strategy, as it will enable it to scale its portfolio while “continuing to set benchmarks in luxury hospitality and culinary innovation”.

Regis Group is known for its ownership of properties such as Claridge’s Hotel in London. 

Set to open by late 2025, the “ambitious” project will turn the Daily Telegraph building on Fleet Street into “a vibrant destination for food enthusiasts and socialites from around the globe”. 

Spanning multiple floors, each space in the Fleet Street property will deliver “distinct and unforgettable” dining experiences. 

While the Fleet Street concept has been officially revealed, the other two are yet to be unveiled. 

The old Daily Telegraph building will have Casa Como, a sister concept of Emerald Hospitality’s Italian brand Como Garden, on the ground floor; Everything On Fire, an open kitchen steakhouse concept, on the seventh floor; and Dining on the Clouds, an “elevated” Asian fusion dining experience, on the eighth and ninth floors. 

Lazaro Rosa Violan Studio will be designing the project’s interiors, having previously created “exceptional” dining spaces such as Riviera in St James, Amazonico in Mayfair, and Soho House Barcelona.
