Five Guys, @pizza and Yo! to open at Edinburgh St. James

Edinburgh St James has announced that restaurant brands Five Guys, @pizza and Yo! are all set top open at the £1m development.

@pizza, the Edinburgh-based brand whose offer centres around an open kitchen and counter service where customers can choose from a total of 64,000 possible topping combinations, has committed to its second site in the city, with a 1,800 sq ft unit.

Five Guys is also opening its second location in Edinburgh city centre with a 2,200 sq ft site. Completing the trio is Yo!, with the brand introducing its new Yo! To Go concept to Scotland with a 1,500 sq ft express format unit.

The three brands will be situated in Edinburgh St James’ grab and go destination on level one, Leith Street Eats.

“@pizza, Five Guys and Yo! To Go will form part of our quick service offer on level one. This will be complemented by different dining and leisure experiences for different occasions throughout the rest of Edinburgh St James. They include Everyman and the recently revealed Scottish debut of The Alchemist, and we are also in advanced discussions with a number of other exciting brands.“
