Hastings pub comes to the market

Jenny Lind, a pub and live music venue in Hastings, East Sussex, has been brought to the market through business property adviser, Christie and Co.

In addition to commercial premises, the business features six letting rooms, which benefit from en suite facilities and can be accessed via a separate entrance to the side of the property.

Linda Challis, owner of Jenny Lind, said: “The pub is the go to place in the Old Town, known for its traditional but eclectic feel, open fires, lively dance floor, secret two tiered garden, regular vinyl nights, bar billiards league, and Sea Shanty singers.

The site offers great scope to expand on a thriving and profitable business by introducing a food offering.
