Pavyllon London awarded Michelin star

Alléno’s global portfolio includes restaurants in France, Monaco, Italy, Dubai, Qatar

Pavyllon London, set within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, has been awarded its first Michelin star.

Michelin commended Pavyllon London for its “unique style” praising head chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell for “cooking Yannick’s food with great skill, adeptly balancing the classic and the modern”.

The restaurant is one of 18 new one-star restaurants in the UK and Ireland, with 11 of them being based in London.

Alléno said: “Pavyllon London is an embodiment of my lifelong dream to redefine French fine dining. It combines my family’s bistro-running legacy with my passion for culinary innovation by offering an interactive, less formal, neighbourhood dining experience centred around countertop seating and great food.

“It’s an honour to receive this recognition just six months after opening and a testament to the dedication, creativity and commitment of our talented team led by Chef Benjamin. I am looking forward to what we can achieve in the next six months and beyond.”
