Rangeford Villages appoints new executive chef for The Orangery
Furjan will also be planting a dedicated kitchen garden along with Chris Liversidge, the company’s head of landscaping and gardening
Rangeford Villages has announced the appointment of Danijel Furjan to open and manage its new restaurant, ‘The Orangery’.
The new venue at Siddington Park village in Cirencester will open to the public on 13 May for lunch every day and dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Furjan was born and raised in Northern Italy, and moved to Cirencester 14 years ago at just 20 years old.
Before moving to the UK, he spent five years in cooking school at I.P.S.S.A.R. Alfredo Beltrame in Italy.
Since moving to the UK, he has worked his way up in the culinary industry starting as just a waiter to now being a head chef with experience in Michelin Star restaurants.
He has worked in establishments in the Cotswolds including Barnsley House and Lords of the Manor.
