Raymond Blanc confirms opening of new White Brasserie in Cheltenham

Rayond Blanc has confirmed that his White Brasserie Company will open at the Kings Arms in Cheltenham on 9 December 2019.
The Kings Arms will be the 20th launch in the group, offering a British pub atmosphere with a “French brasserie twist.”
Opening within a grade II listed building, the establishment has undergone an extensive refurbishment to “restore” and “refresh” the pub. The interior is designed by Inge Watrobski, which features a traditional bar area and a “light, bright brasserie” with just over 100 covers.
Garden sheds surrounding by “atmospheric lighting” provide private dining spaces for up to six people outside.
Dishes include smoked pork belly served with apple and crackling, paella valenciana with red mullet and seasonal dishes such as British roast pheasant with girolle mushrooms and muscat pumpkin.
The Kings Arms will also offer “locally brewed ales and beers, the best wines from around the world, as well as artisan gins, spirits and cocktails.”
