Stack and Still has announced the opening of its first branch outside of Scotland with a new flagship on Irving Street off Leicester Square.
Set to open on Wednesday 7 December, the 225-seater restaurant will be serving its all-day menu of pancake dishes over its three floors, including an outdoor terrace.
Stack and Still offers five different types of pancake stacks: buttermilk, buckwheat, protein, gluten-free/vegan and low fat.
The new Leicester Square restaurant will initially open between 9am and 5pm, before moving to a 12-hour service, beginning at 8am.
Paul Reynolds, co-founder and chief executive at Stack and Still, said: “We’re so excited to be opening our first Stack and Still outside Scotland – there’s really nowhere better than a major leisure destination like Leicester Square to make our London debut.
“Families, couples, business breakfasts, international visitors, pre-movie feast – whatever the party size, whatever the occasion, our mouth-watering 12 million-plus pancake combinations are guaranteed to put a smile on your face.”
He added: “I fell in love with pancakes as a child, we’d go out for pancakes once a week as a family and I always looked forward to it so much. It’s the perfect meal to enjoy with the people you love – it’s fun, informal, feel-good food that brings people together. We can’t wait to welcome our new London clientele through the doors to sample the pancake magic for themselves.”
