The Dorchester appoints youngest ever head chef of The Grill
The Dorchester has appointed Tom Booton as head chef of it the Grill restaurant, the youngest in restaurants 88 year history.
Over the coming months Tom will be behind the scenes, making way to put his own stamp on the dining room and its menus, with the unveiling anticipated for early October.
He began his career at the age of 15, and has since worked at restaurants including: Le Talbooth; L’Autre Pied and Dabbous.
Joining in this new chapter of The Grill, Kieran McLoughlin has been appointed as general manager, joining from Hide restaurant this August, and Adam Nevin has joined to support Booton in the kitchen as sous chef.
