The Hush Collection turnover hits £11.48m
The 13-strong London-based restaurant group is planning further international development as the group seeks new franchise territories

The Hush Collection has announced its group turnover grew 36.3% year-on-year from £8.42m to £11.48m for the year ending 26 December 2021, and up 8.7% from pre-Covid levels in 2019.
Group EBITDA also hit £1.07m, up from a loss of £389k in 2020. Overall, the group’s restaurants performed ahead of expectations, despite 2021 being hit by the Omicron variant in December, leading to the cancellation of a “significant” number of Christmas bookings.
The Hush Collection is a 13-strong London-based restaurant group consisting of Hush Mayfair, Cabana, Haché and Little Planted Kitchen, led by Jamie Barber and Ed Standring.
The group refurbished the Cabana estate to support the brand’s focus as a “modern” and “vibrant” group of independent Latin American restaurants. The Cabana franchise in Saudi Arabia continues to “trade well”, with a further site expected to open in late 2022.
Further international development is also planned as the group seeks new franchise territories, and Hush said it is on track to have one of its best years.
Additionally, Little Planted Kitchen, the dark vegan brand, is now operating out of 12 locations, including a first Deliveroo Editions kitchen.
