Tom Sellers to launch new London restaurant 

Located at 17 Neal’s Yard, Story Cellar will be a continuation of his first restaurant, Restaurant Story, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year

Shaftesbury has announced that two Michelin Star chef, Tom Sellers, is set to unveil his new restaurant, Story Cellar, at Seven Dials this March. 

The 1,700 sq ft unit is described as a “Parisian inspired rotisserie style restaurant”, and will feature counter dining and rotisserie chicken alongside a menu of house cured charcuterie and classic dishes, interpreted by Sellers. It will also have an expansive wine programme.

Sellers will be joined by head chef Stephen Naylor, who has worked as sous chef at Restaurant Story for the past four years. The menu at Story Cellar will comprise rotisserie chicken as well as a classic house terrine and daily changing grill and fish of the day. Rare and “exceptional” wines will be offered by the glass, along with a variety of small plates and charcuterie.

Providing an intimate dining space with 50 covers, Story Cellar will feature counter-style seating at street level and further seating downstairs for larger groups or private dining, alongside an expansive walk-in wine cellar. The walk-in cellar will allow guests to store their own personal collections at the restaurant, cared for by the site’s sommelier team, which will offer patrons a bespoke monogrammed wine list when dining.
