US chain 800 Degrees Pizza to make UK debut

The Gravity Wandsworth launch will be followed by expansion plans that will see two further UK sites open in the next three months

Californian-based pizzeria, 800 Degrees Pizza is set to make its UK debut this month, with its first European site opening at Gravity Wandsworth.  

Founded by award-winning chef and restaurateur Anthony Carron, the chain, which will officially launch in London on 24 January, currently has 35 locations worldwide including the US, Japan and Singapore. 

The UK launch is in partnership with serial investors, REEF Technologies, the largest operator of multi-brand kitchens and experiences in North America.

Customers can expect signature pizza builds such as the Butter Chicken with chicken in a tikka sauce, red onions and chillies; the Doppio with crispy pepperoni and spicy salami; or the Build Your Own option, where customers can choose from a vast selection of premium toppings.
