Wingstop UK announces senior management changes

As part of this, Wingstop Westfield Stratford is expected to become one of the highest volume Wingstop restaurants globally

Lemon Pepper Holdings, the master franchisee of Wingstop UK, has announced a series of senior leadership changes.

Chris Sherriff, who is currently COO, has been promoted to co-CEO, alongside Tom Grogan, who is currently co-Founder and director.

Alongside this the company has appointed Matt Sheppard as COO, who was previously head of retail at Poundland.

Lastly, Wingstop has announced that Paddy Bamford will continue as CFO with a bolstered finance team.

This comes after the company revealed that its like-for-like sales increased over 50% in Q1 2024.

Alongside this, Wingstop is set to surpass 50 company owned locations by August 2024.

As part of this, Wingstop Westfield Stratford is expected to become one of the highest volume Wingstop restaurants globally.

Sheriff said: “As we scale and continue to grow rapidly, it is the opportune time to evolve our senior management structure. We are transitioning from a founder-led business into a business of scale to accelerate our ambitious growth plans and ensure sustainable success.
