Wingstop UK appoints head of acquisitions amid expansion plans
Wingstop’s expansion strategy will continue to be heavily supported by Mark Segal of Brasier Freeth, who has been exclusively retained by the brand since 2020
Wingstop UK has announced the appointment of Adrian Saunders as its new head of acquisitions.
Saunders previously led the acquisition of approximately 90 restaurants for The Restaurant Group, including Frankie and Benny’s and Chiquito locations.
He also successfully acquired 45 prime high street and shopping centre sites for Wagamama, including their first New York City location.
It comes as Wingstop is looking to expand its portfolio in the UK and ist aiming to have 57 locations by the end of the year.
