Wingstop UK opens 50th site amid ongoing expansion plans

The new Bolton site, located in the UK’s largest retail park, will host over 100 covers and bring 60 local jobs to the area

Wingstop UK has opened its fiftieth UK site in Bolton, amid plans to expand its already growing portfolio, with six more locations planned for the remainder of the year. The group has already opened 11 sites this year alone.The new Bolton site, located in the UK’s largest retail park, will host over 100 covers and bring 60 local jobs to the area. 

The site features “modern and vibrant” interiors complete with curated playlists and customised ordering options. To celebrate the opening, the first 100 customers in-store will receive free chicken wings.

Its opening follows a record number of openings this year, with at least six new sites confirmed for the remainder of 2024 in Crawley, Ealing, Manchester, Lakeside, Whitechapel and Walthamstow. The new sites will together create an additional 300 jobs.
