Savage Eats launches at Revolution Sheffield
Savage Eats epitomises the pop-up and residency food trend, creating an atmosphere that ‘sets it apart from traditional restaurant experiences’
Savage Eats, a new burger concept developed in collaboration with Revolution, has launched at the chain’s Sheffield city centre venue.
Described as “smash burgers with bite”, Savage Eats epitomises the pop-up and residency food trend, creating an atmosphere that “sets it apart from traditional restaurant experiences”.
The Sheffield launch is just the beginning, with Revolution planning to expand the concept throughout other UK branches in the near future.
The Savage Eats menu has been curated by burger enthusiasts and features over ten burger options. The smash patties are made with a mix of flank, chuck and beef brisket.
Headlining the menu is The OG – smash patties topped with Monterey Jack and American cheese, fresh lettuce, pickles and a house burger sauce. The Hell Fire burger features a double jalapeño smash, Mexicana hot cheese, chipotle cheese sauce, habanero mayo, red onion, lettuce and a trio of chillies.
The patty in the Smokin’ BBQ Bun is combined with smoky pancetta and layered on BBQ sauce, lettuce, pickles, pulled pork, chorizo, Monterey Jack cheese and homemade pork scratchings.
Lastly, the Seoul Destroyer sees buttermilk fried chicken topped with Gochujang honey, kimchi slaw, Gochujang mayo and kale, while the Chippy Tea burger showcases beer-battered fish with mushy peas, lettuce, pickles and tartare sauce.
For sides, Savage Eats offers fries or tater tots, onion rings, corn ribs, frickles and more. To complete the experience, the restaurant will also serve doughnuts from Planet Doughnut and shakes such as biscoff, white chocolate and iced coffee.
A variety of veggie, vegan and gluten-free burger combinations will also be on offer.
