The Manor at Greasby shares glimpse of menu ahead of opening
The new site will include a “stylish yet inviting” restaurant as well as a wedding venue for up to 80 seated guests
Nelson Hotels and Inns, an award-winning, family-run collection of hotels, inns and restaurants across Cheshire and surrounding areas, has announced that its fifth venue, The Manor at Greasby, is set to officially open on Friday 17 March 2023.
This new venue has been described as a “stylish yet inviting” restaurant featuring an expansive dining room and bar as well as a state-of-the-art sustainably functioning kitchen.
The group has stated that The Manor will combine casual dining with a relaxed setting and that it will cater for all dining occasions, from casual lunches to evening meals and special celebrations. In addition, ‘The Barn at The Manor’ will be a dedicated wedding venue for up to 80 seated guests.
Regarding menu choices, the restaurant will offer a selection of table nibbles and small plates ideal for sharing as well as revisited British classics inspired by Asian fusion cuisine as main courses. The grill will offer steaks sourced from British and Irish beef and freshly-prepared pizzas will also be available.
Alongside the all-day menu, an afternoon tea option will be available Monday to Friday, offering a variety of finger sandwiches, scones and sweet treats crafted by the restaurant’s dedicated head pastry chef. A morning coffee menu will also be available daily from 10am to encourage use of the restaurant for remote working and business meetings.
