Wolseley Hospitality CEO, Baton Berisha, will be stepping down. In a post on LinkedIn, Berisha stated that “after much reflection” he had decided to leave for a “new adventure”. He also confirmed that he would stay on board at the company until his successor had “settled in”.

Rick Stein has appointed Jason Wass as the new head of food, who will work alongside chef director Jack Stein to oversee all aspects of menu development in all 10 restaurants across Cornwall, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and London. Wass has extensive hospitality industry experience, having previously worked at Gordon Ramsay Group as senior sous chef. 

Lexington Catering has extended its contract with London Business School until 2025. The contract is valued at £29m over the five-year term. Lexington will continue to provide retail, hospitality, executive dining and events services, all supported by a team of more than 80 culinary and service professionals.
