Liberation Group revenues rose by a “record” 22.5% to £140m for the year ended 27 January, as sites saw an 8% rise in like-for-like growth. Additionally, the tenanted division also recorded a 4.3% increase in sales compared with the same period last year.
Six Nations rugby is set to deliver a welcome boost to sales, CGA data finds. Research confirms the appetite for sport, with one in nine (11%) consumers visiting a venue to watch a sporting event in the last six months – a year-on-year increase of 3%.
Just Eat has appointed Mayte Oosterveld as its new CFO and member of the management board. Oosterveld joins from PLUS Holding B.V., a Dutch supermarket retailer with an annual consumer turnover of approximately €5bn (£4.2bn), where she also served as CFO.
Bunsik will be opening its sixth location in Earl’s Court, Kensington. The new venue, which will span 1,625 sq ft, will offer 40 covers in a space inspired by the energy of K-culture and will feature counter service to ensure a “swift and efficient” experience.
