Serving morning pastries and coffee, a concise lunch, and evening small plates, charcuterie and cheese, the spot boasts Holly Hayes, formerly of 40 Maltby Street, as the head chef. Curated by sommelier Honey Spencer, the wine selection will focus on low-intervention wines from European small-scale producers. Founders food journalist Solynka Dumas and tech industry alum Julian Oschmann promises “a blend of culinary expertise and innovative ideas”, born from their lockdown encounter.
