British pubs and bars are expected to see sales rise 50% during the Euros final, according to UKH. The boost in sales will be part of an almost billion-pound windfall from the tournament. Reaching the final also means the entire hospitality sector is set to benefit from overall sales increases of £800m across the whole tournament.

Hub Box has been acquired out of administration by South West Restaurants Limited. This means that all of the burger chain’s restaurants will continue to trade, with all of the company’s staff to also keep their jobs. Despite consistent revenue growth over the past three years, Hub Box was a casualty of rising food, energy, interest and labour costs.
