The study highlighted staff scheduling as a top benefit, recognized by 55% of leaders, followed by payroll and onboarding support. This investment is seen to enhance productivity (81%) and boost employee engagement (63%), while improving inventory management and supplier relations. 

Des Gunewardena will launch a flagship restaurant The Royal Exchange in London. Spanning 6,500 sq ft with an outdoor terrace, the luxury destination aims for a May 2024 debut. Gunewardena’s venture promises unique food, drink, and entertainment experiences, complementing the Exchange’s array of high-end retailers and dining options.
