Noble Restaurants Group has appointed Jeremy Brown as its new culinary director. With a career spanning over three decades, Brown brings a “wealth” of culinary expertise and leadership to his new role. In his previous position as group executive chef at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants UK, he led the culinary direction across 27 restaurants.
