Gino D’Acampo is set to open a new restaurant and bar at INNSiDE by Melia Manchester in February after an £800k renovation. The design, crafted by renowned designer Bernard Carroll, promises Gino’s hallmark style with ambient lighting, marble tables, and brass finishes across the 200-seated space. The establishment will sport a revamped bar area and a forthcoming outdoor dining section. 

Stella David, Domino’s director, will step down from her role on 31 December 2023, due to her recent appointment as interim CEO of Entain plc, which will impact her commitments to Domino’s Pizza Group. Matt Shattock, Domino’s chair, expressed gratitude for her exceptional contribution and wished her success in her future endeavours.

Filishack will expand with a new permanent site in London’s Elephant Park. The Filipino street food purveyor secured its first brick-and-mortar location in Peckham in 2021. The upcoming 611 sq ft spot in Elephant Park’s vibrant F&B hub on Sayer Street will offer a menu allowing customers to create their own rice boxes, burritos, and salads, featuring Filipino street food favourites.
