England’s Euros semi-final saw drinks sales rise 75% on 10 July, according to CGA. However, this came at a cost as customers saved their money for the final, meaning the total drinks sales across the week to 13 July were 0.6% behind the same period in 2023. Sales were down year-on-year on all six of the other days of the week.

Boxpark will close its Shoreditch site by the end of this summer, after opening in October 2011 as a ‘meanwhile use’ scheme. Boxpark will open two new sites in Camden Town and Liverpool Street, as well as debut in Bristol. Boxpark has already informed its employees and tenants of the closure, and has offered to relocate them to its other sites.

Marston’s has secured the top spot in the Tenants/Tied Partners Survey 2024 for the second time in a row, with 79% of its partners being satisfied with the relationship between themselves and the group. Overall, out of the 1,203 tenants interviewed, it was revealed that 63% were satisfied with their tenant relationship, while 21% were dissatisfied.

The Woodsman has been awarded two AA Rosettes for food quality for the first time. The restaurant within Hotel Indigo Stratford-upon-Avon is headed up by Mike Robinson, co-owner of the Michelin-starred Harwood Arms in Fulham, whose passion for British produce and sustainable wild food is “well known”.
