New border checks could bring about a resurgence in inflation despite the recent downward trend, CGA has warned. The government is set to implement new paperwork requirements for EU businesses sending animal and plant products to the UK from the end of January, with physical inspections commencing in April.

Paddy and Scott’s senior team have completed a management buy-out. The news comes after the company experienced 28% year-on-year growth and “significant” progress in delivering positive social impact in coffee-growing regions around the world. 

Chartwells has won two new three-year contracts with South Hampstead High School and Wimbledon High School. As well as five new contract wins, Chartwells Independent has also secured a series of significant contract retentions. The new wins signal a growth in the relationship between Chartwells Independent and GDST.

Herringbone Goldenacre has reopened following a refurbishment, boasting a brand-new menu to “complement” its new décor. The site, which is operated by hospitality group Buzzworks Holdings, was closed for three-and-a-half weeks as it underwent a complete makeover.
