Incipio Group revenues hit £26.4m after a “record” December trading period. The company, which operates hospitality venues including The Libertine and The Prince, also reported an increase of 38% in guest visits compared with the previous year.

Admiral Taverns has invested over £27m to improve its community pubs in 2023. Investments ranged from major transformational interior and external refurbishments through to important updates to licensee accommodation and long-term structural improvements.

Caffè Nero will be opening its first drive thru store in the world at Stansted Airport this spring. The store will be over 1,200 sq in size, generang 16 new jobs, and will operate 24 hours a day. It will also offer EV charging among the parking for customers when they visit. 

The Chef’s Table at the Swinton Estate has appointed Josh Barnes as its new head chef. All of Barnes’ cooking will be performed in full view of the select group of diners joining him for chef’s Table at the hotel. He had previously served as head chef at the Galvin Brothers La Chapelle restaurant in London, retaining the restaurant’s prized Michelin Star and 3AA rosette status.
