The move would be an attempt to disrupt TRG’s planned takeover by Apollo Global Management. The Pizza Express owner has reportedly been in discussions with TRG’s board about a potential bid. However, no formal proposal has been made yet. If successful, Pizza Express could potentially take over TRG, which owns various restaurant chains – including Wagamama.

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square has introduced Nobu Catering, offering a range of dining experiences that can be tailored to various events. The offerings include Nobu at Home for delivery of restaurant-quality meals to customers’ homes, Nobu Social for social events like weddings and birthdays, Nobu Ultra for luxury dining occasions, and Nobu Corporate for business lunches and events. Nobu Catering’s menus have been created by executive chef Michael Paul.
