Novotel brings alcohol-infused ice lollies to its bars

Novotel is launching an exclusive collection of five alcohol-infused ice lollies at its participating bars in the UK.

The Summer Coolers range takes inspiration from some of Britain’s top cocktails and it will be the first time that a bespoke range of alcohol-infused ice lollies has been sold in Novotel hotels.

The range was crafted by Novotel’s expert mixologists and comes in five flavours including the orange flavoured Aperol Spritz and the Craft Ale lolly which has been sweetened with honey.

The group will offer Suave Espresso Martini lollies and the Frosé lolly which is made with real berries and rosé wine, along with a Gin and Tonic lolly. Each lolly is priced at £2.50.

Mixologists at Novotel Leeds Centre and Novotel London Canary Wharf created the special Summer Coolers range to help cool down their customers from 21-23 June, and the lollies will be on offer more widely at a number of Novotel bars across the country.

Shane Munro, vice president, food and beverage, Accor Hotels UK and Ireland, said: “Our delicious Summer Coolers are the perfect summer treat, taking the cocktails and drinks we know our guests love and presenting them in a brand-new way that is unavoidably Instagram-friendly.

“Our mixologists have been hard at work creating this range in time for the Summer Solstice when we’re most likely to see plenty of sunshine.”
