Sanderson’s Berners Terrace partners with Bombay Sapphire for World Gin Day
This summer, hotel Sanderson London’s outdoor dining venue, Berners Terrace has partnered with Bombay Sapphire Limited Edition: English Estate in celebration of World Gin Day.
Launched earlier this month, Berners Terrace is adorned with flowers and ivy to offer an escape to the English countryside, despite being located just near Oxford Street.
Bombay Sapphire Limited Edition: English Estate is a limited edition gin inspired by the British countryside, infusing the familiar citrus notes of Bombay Sapphire with Pennyroyal mint, rosehip and toasted hazelnut botanicals.
For four months (June – September), Berners Terrace’s cocktail list will be serving a selection of British cocktails to celebrate the countryside in summer, all made with a base of Bombay Sapphire Limited Edition: English Estate.
Berners Terrace’s drinks menu includes cocktails such as the Hampshire Tonic, made with Bombay English Estate gin, rose, lavender, tonic water, and the English Summer Time, consisting of Kaffir lime leaves infused with Bombay English Estate gin, Cherry Marnier, lemon, cranberry and egg white. Ginger Persuasion, made with Bombay English Estate gin, Grand Marnier, strawberry, ginger and citrus, and the Secret Garden, containing Bombay English Estate gin, apple, grapes, lemon and vanilla, is also featured, with each cocktail available for £12.
